I first heard about Stipendium Hungaricum from a friend who had already gone through the process. It wasn't something widely talked about in Lebanon at the time, and I doubt I would have found it on my own when I did. That conversation changed a lot for me.

Growing up in Akkar, I never had a clear roadmap for what comes after high school. No one in my circle had navigated international scholarships or studied abroad, and the information that did exist was scattered, outdated, or locked behind people who happened to know people. I figured things out the hard way, and I got lucky.
